What Can Be Returned
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be unused and uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging.
Products that have been opened, installed, damaged, or show signs of wear (including but not limited to these) may not be eligible for a refund. A restocking fee may apply to items that don’t fully meet these criteria, and all eligibility decisions are made at the discretion of Engineered Solutions Canada.
Please note: gift cards cannot be returned.
Before You Send Anything Back
Every return must be approved by Engineered Solutions Canada before you ship it. To keep things smooth, please follow these steps:
- Complete the details on our Product Returns page to request your return.
- Wait to receive your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number — this confirms your return is approved.
- Print a copy of your invoice and include it in the package (this is required to receive credit).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us.
Important — RMA Number Required
You must complete the details on our Product Returns page and receive an RMA number before sending your item(s) back. Returns received without an approved RMA number cannot be processed.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, Engineered Solutions Canada will review it and issue a refund for all eligible returns within 45 business days. Refunds are applied to your original method of payment.
